A rubber wedge that holds a front-load washer door ajar so the drum dries between washes.
- 8 × 5 × 5 cm
- 50 g
- Rubber
- Suction cup
What it does
- Holds the door open a crack, so air moves and the drum dries out.
- Soft rubber sits against the door seal instead of metal.
- Suction cup fixing — nothing screwed or stuck to the machine.
- Also works as a plain door stopper against a wall.

Good to know & care
Good to know & care
- The suction cup needs a smooth, clean, dry surface to hold.
- Small at 8 × 5 × 5 cm and 50 g — it props a door, it carries nothing.
Best for — front-load washing machines · keeping drum smell down · a rented flat, nothing fixed
Not for — rough or textured surfaces · propping a heavy door in a draught
Care
Wipe with a damp cloth. A clean suction cup grips better.
Questions
Questions
Why leave the door open?
A shut drum stays damp after a wash, which is what causes the smell. Ajar lets it dry.
Will it mark the door seal?
The maker says the soft rubber is there to protect the gasket rather than press into it.
Does it fit any machine?
It is not machine-specific. It needs a smooth flat surface for the suction cup.
