Where do you ship?

We ship across India, to most pin codes. If your area isn't serviceable at checkout, email us and we'll try to help.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. We're closed on Sundays.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, we email you the tracking details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept prepaid payments through the methods shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it's unused and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy. If an item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return and make it right.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, email us with your order number and we'll help. Once it's on the way, please use the return process.

The colour looks a little different from the photo — why?

Screens show colours slightly differently, and photos are for reference. We describe products as honestly as we can; if you're unsure, ask us before ordering.
