We ship across India. Here's what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays, so orders placed over a weekend are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees — courier timelines can occasionally be affected by weather, festivals, or regional disruptions.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Shipping charges
Free delivery on orders of ₹999 or more.
Below that, delivery is charged by the weight of the parcel — so a small item costs less to ship than a heavy one:

Where we deliver
We ship within India only. We do not currently deliver outside India.
Payment
We currently accept prepaid orders through the payment methods shown at checkout.
Serviceable areas
We deliver to most pin codes across India. If your area isn't serviceable at checkout, email thecurioushub.care@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Wrong or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort it out at no cost to you — see our Return & Refund Policy.
