Questions
Questions
Will it hold a full pressure cooker?
The maker gives no load rating. At 268 g of solid steel it is built for cookers and kadais, but lift with care.
Does the handle stay cool?
It is full steel, so it conducts heat. Keep it away from the flame while you work.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
The maker asks for hand washing.
